Shipping & Returns
Diamond takes pride in offering free delivery for all orders to UK Mainland addresses valued over £100*. The delivery method is determined based on the total order value, and orders will be shipped via APC. For non UK mainland addresses, the delivery charge will be calculated during checkout.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days (though exceptions apply), and some items may be directly delivered from our partnered manufacturers. UK mainland customers can expect to receive their orders within 5 working days after placing the order. If the goods are not received after 6 working days, please contact us at email@example.com for further investigation.
Items in stock are available for dispatch from various warehouses within the United Kingdom. Due to the extensive range of items on our website, it is not feasible to store all stock in a single location.
Items not required: We provide detailed information on our product pages to help you make informed decisions about your purchase. If, however, the product does not meet your expectations or you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange.

You are responsible for arranging the return of the goods, and we recommend using a tracked service. If our designated courier attempts delivery and it is refused, return costs will be charged or deducted from the refund amount, based on location and product weight/dimensions.
If you change your mind after invoicing or dispatch, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item(s), our returns team will confirm receipt via email within 3-4 working days. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at email@example.com or call our Customer Services Team on 01324 629 151.
We will process the refund within 14 days from the receipt of the item(s) after inspection to ensure completeness.
Incorrectly supplied item(s): While we strive to deliver the correct item(s), mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt via phone at 01324 629 151 or by filling out the form on the Contact Us page.
Faulty or Damaged item(s): Our items come from reputable suppliers and manufacturers, but occasionally a fault or damage may occur during transit. If you notice a fault or damage upon receipt, please inform us within 48 hours via phone at 01324 629 151 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For damages in transit, please email images of the damage, packaging, and label.
We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up for inspection. Once we verify the fault, we will either replace the item(s) or provide a full refund.
All power tools come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 2-3 years*** (applicable to registered items). We recommend registering tools within 28 days of purchase for an upgraded warranty and, in most cases, direct collection by the manufacturer for inspection and repair.
Vacuums/Extractors: When returning a vacuum or extractor product, please empty/remove and dispose of the dust bag. Failure to do so may lead to rejection/delay of the return and additional charges.
*Additional charges may apply to certain heavier/bulkier items, clearly stated at checkout before placing the order. **All items must be in their original, undamaged packaging (where applicable) and unused.
